This last little while has been super busy. We closed on the house and bought a fridge in the same night. Since then almost every night has been spent at the new house. We haven't moved in yet because we are doing a little remodeling. We scraped off almost all of the popcorn ceiling downstairs and now we just have to mud and paint the ceilings. Then next weekend we are hoping to install a new bathtub and vanity in the master bathroom. Hopefully we can just do it ourselves. We are also hoping to tile all the bathroom floors and the master shower, which we've never done before either so hopefully we'll have some pretty, and not pretty ugly, pictures to show off once we're done.

So good to hear from you! And it was fun to catch up on your blog. Congrats on the house. It's beautiful. I love the kitchen. Very fun. How crazy that you are living in Nashville. It's so fun to see where everyone ends up.
Tiling isn't too bad. My husband and I tiled our bathroom in our last house. It's a little time consuming and takes some hard work but it's definitely possible. If you don't already know the basics of tiling I would recommend going to Home Depot because they have a little class you can take that's free. Best of luck to you!
