Although we normally don't do much of anything for Valentine's Day, this year we did end up with some yummy treats that showed our devoted love for one another. Or maybe it was just an excuse to have lots of sugar. Either way, Valentine's Day wasn't a complete bust.
After a failed attempt resulting in a many broken pieces of cookie and 2 trips to the grocery store, this homemade masterpiece finally made it's debut just in time for Rob to walk through the door 20 minutes after it was frosted. (It really is supposed to be heart shaped). It had a yummy maraschino cherry frosting!
Rob surprised me with these delicious chocolate covered strawberries. I don't know where these came from but they are HUGE! Not to mention delectable :)
