We are finally getting a house. We've been looking since we've moved here to Nashville, but all we were able to find were houses that smelled like cat pee or that looked like Freddy Krueger lived there before. So when this one came on the market in a neighborhood we knew we really liked, we got really excited to see and it and immediately fell in love. It's 1750 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, formal dining room, and a den. We can move in the beginning of March.
The deck is huge and we're planning on putting in a fence, firepit and a small garden spot.
This house was a flip so the kitchen and all the floors were completely redone. It's not a big kitchen, but we'll have more room to work in than we do now and that's exciting.
The front room is huge and we love that it has a fireplace. This will be our formal living room along with our music room.
