When snow falls in The South things get a little crazy. Ingredients for French toast are the first staples to sell out at stores, businesses completely shut down, and accidents line the shoulders of the freeways. Yesterday was our first "real" snow since we've lived here and we got to see this all first hand. Although we didn't raid the stores because we already had our milk, eggs, and bread on hand, we did get to leave work early and have seen how the town has shut down in response to the whiteness.
This is our house after 3 hours of snowfall. This is after work had already been canceled and more than 30 wrecks had already been reported on the roads. (Yep, it doesn't take much)

Man, I can't get over how nice your home is. Oh yeah, and coming from a Wisconsin(ite), that is not a snowstorm. Up here, they call that partly cloudy! Yeah for snow days though!!!
And you thought you had moved away from all the snow. How fun is that.
